Alex's book is a photographic document of the ancient Berber people of Morocco in North Africa. Alex shot extensively in The Souks of Marrakech and then travelled down to The High Atlas Mountains to continue the project. He found them to be very welcoming and it was this hospitality that enabled him to access their inner circle. It is this intimacy that Alex embraced and ultimately what informs the finished work. This photographic collection was shot exclusively on the Leica M complete with the Noctilux 0.95 lens. This book will be on it's way to you shortly. The images are featured in the Projects section of his portfolio on our website.
